Nascala Coast

Nascala Coast is the latest signature beachside township by Megaworld’s subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), spanning 116 hectares in scenic Nasugbu, Batangas. As the 36th township of Megaworld, it will showcase residential villages, beachside condominium clusters, commercial hubs, and leisure destinations—all positioned to maximize sweeping views of Nasugbu Bay and the surrounding mountain ranges. Anchored by natural landscapes and cultural heritage, the name “Nascala” blends “Nasugbu” with the Spanish word “escala,” meaning climb—a nod to its elevated coastal terrain.

Set for development over the next five years, GERI has earmarked an initial investment of ₱5 billion to bring Nascala Coast to life. Located approximately 2.5 hours from Metro Manila, with easy access via SLEX, CAVITEX, and the Ternate–Nasugbu Highway, this master-planned township promises seamless connectivity and a serene seaside escape from the urban hustle. With its mix of leisure, lifestyle, and investment amenities, Nascala Coast is envisioned as a thriving coastal address where families and visitors can flourish for generations.
