In General Trias, Cavite’s rising central business district is gradually taking shape at the 140-hectare Maple Grove.

Strategically set at the entry point of the industrial and residential center of the Cavite-Batangas corridor, Maple Grove will soon play host to topnotch residential properties, green parks including an expansive “Central Park,” and a 35-hectare Makati-inspired commercial district.

Maple Grove is easily accessible via the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX, also known as Coastal Road), with an estimated travel time of only 30 to 45 minutes from both the Makati CBD and Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City.
