Megaworld International’s Marketing and Customer Care Group successfully hosted its first-ever “We Answer Workshop, Live!” happened last July 25, 2025, a two-part event held in both morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate participants from around the globe.The workshop gathered International Property Affiliates (IPAs) and Core Group Members (CGMs) from Asia Pacific, North America The Middle East and Europe, reinforcing Megaworld International’s global presence and commitment to delivering world-class service.

At the heart of the event was the official launch of the revamped We Answer Guide; a digital and eco-conscious resource designed to address real estate buyers’ most common questions. First introduced as a printed booklet in 2020, the guide has now evolved into an accessible, interactive platform available via website and TBD Cloud.

“Real estate is not just about properties—it’s about people, stories, aspirations, and trust. That’s where We Answer comes in,” shared Ms. Mia Buenaventura, FVP and Head of the Marketing and Customer Care Group, in her inspiring opening message.

To make the sessions more engaging, participants took part in fun, knowledge-building activities such as “Gimme 5” and “We Answer Q&A.” Regional teams from Asia Pacific, North America, the Middle East and Europe showcased their expertise in client processes, turning the workshop into a lively and collaborative learning experience.

Winners received special prizes, adding excitement to the learning journey. The event concluded with Ms. Gale Caole, AVP and Head of the Customer Care Group, encouraging everyone to maximize the We Answer Guide as a key tool in enhancing client engagement.

The “We Answer Workshop, Live!” not only launched a valuable tool but also brought together Megaworld International’s global family in one unified learning experience; bridging regions, strengthening teamwork, and empowering everyone to communicate with clarity, consistency, and care.
