This 2025, the journey continues. Following memorable trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, Osaka in Japan, Madrid in Spain, and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, this year’s most anticipated European leg brought our sales champions to the heart of Central Europe—Austria and the Czech Republic. This remarkable journey was hosted by Europe 3, headed by Mr. Henry Galagar and Ms. Russeli Galagar.

The Austria–Czech Republic leg took place from May 16 to 22, 2025, beginning in Vienna, where delegates visited the Megaworld International Vienna Regional Office—a powerful testament to the company’s growing global presence. A strategic planning session was held to align this year’s goals and initiatives, as well as to revisit Megaworld’s vision, mission, and core values. This reaffirmed the team’s shared sense of purpose and commitment. That evening, a delightful welcome dinner set the tone for meaningful reconnections, productive networking, and heartfelt celebrations.

In the days that followed, the group immersed themselves in Vienna’s rich cultural heritage. They explored the city’s elegant streetscapes, iconic landmarks, and even ventured into the enchanting underground lake at Seegrotte Hinterbrühl. Their journey then continued to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and the world-famous filming location of The Sound of Music, where the group strolled through the scenic Mirabell Gardens, evoking the timeless magic of the classic film.

For Chris Roldan, a first-time visitor to Europe, the experience was transformative:

“It’s my first time in Europe. We explored the beauty of Vienna and Salzburg in Austria and Prague in the Czech Republic. The culture is different and very westernized. I am in love with their culture and way of living. The experience is magical! I am definitely coming back to explore other cities and countries in Europe!”

Ms. Edna Parolma also shared her reflections on the trip:

“The SMSW Europe Trip with Megaworld was an unforgettable journey through Austria and the Czech Republic, filled with culture, history, and delicious local cuisine. Despite travel delays, the experience—from Schönbrunn Palace to the cobblestone streets of Prague—was truly rewarding. Made even more special by the camaraderie of fellow delegates and the inspiring leadership of Ma’am Marivic, it was a trip to remember.”

On May 19, the adventure crossed the Czech border into Prague, the captivating “City of a Hundred Spires.” Delegates enjoyed a full city tour, marveling at the Astronomical Clock, walking across the historic Charles Bridge, and exploring the grandeur of Prague Castle. The city’s old-world charm offered a deeply enriching cultural experience.

A spiritual highlight of the trip took place on May 21, when the group attended a meaningful Mass celebrated by Father Imman Noel. This was followed by a pilgrimage to the revered Infant Jesus of Prague—a moment of reflection, gratitude, and renewed spiritual purpose.

By May 22, after a week of cultural immersion, connection, and celebration, the delegates returned with full hearts and inspired spirits. The Sell Megaworld, See the World campaign is more than a reward—it is a living testament to what’s possible through passion, unity, and dedication. With every destination, we don’t just see the world—we build a global legacy, helping Filipinos everywhere find their dream homes.

In conjunction with this trip, a strategic Regional Planning session was also held in Rome to align goals and initiatives for the rest of the year. Leaders revisited Megaworld International’s vision, mission, and core values to reinforce their shared commitment to growth and purpose. Key insights were also discussed, emphasizing the power of INCREASE: intensive recruitment, new territories, customer satisfaction, renewed teamwork, expert training, aggressive expansion, strategic global branding, and enhanced processes. This planning ensures that beyond memorable experiences, the company stays on track toward sustainable global success.
