What began as a race quickly became a test of grit and stamina. Individuals and teams logged long hours, faced real pressure, and pushed through uncertainty to elevate their performance. When the race ended, the spotlight belonged to teams recognized not just for strong results, but for resilience, teamwork, and showing up when it mattered most.

Now in its fourth year, RRR remains a core initiative of the Training and Business Development Group, challenging sales regions worldwide to recruit with purpose, close deals on time, and stay consistent throughout the year. More than numbers on a board, the program continues to elevate standards, spark healthy competition, and build accountability.

In year 4, the bar moved higher. Stricter contract submission guidelines, new sales criteria, and updated documentation requirements reshaped the race and elevated expectations. The Business Development Group verified contracts, while the Audit Group validated stars tied to confirmed sales. The leaderboard told an honest story: in this race, speed only matters when matched with quality, compliance, and consistency.

After a year of intense tracking, the 2025 Top Team Recruiters emerged:

• 2nd Place – Middle East 1, led by VP Beberlyn Asperilla
• 3rd Place – Asia Pacific 3, led by FVP Elizabeth Angeles

Europe 2 delivered one of the season’s standout runs, climbing from third place in 2024 to first in 2025. Their journey showed how focus, momentum, and disciplined execution can elevate a team to the top.
