ELEV8: Megaworld International Honors Excellence and Charts a Higher Path Forward

Megaworld International officially kicked off 2026 with ELEV8: The 2025 Megaworld International Planning Conference and Awards Night, held on January 6-9 at Savoy Hotel Manila and Twin Lakes Hotel in
Tagaytay. The annual gathering brought together leaders, partners, and top performers from different regions, celebrating a year marked by resilience, growth, and remarkable achievements.
Anchored on the theme ELEV8, the event symbolized the company’s evolution after its previous campaign. Set Ablaze. In her keynote message, MWI Managing Director Ms. Maria Victoria Acosta put an emphasis on the deeper meaning behind the theme:
“ELEV8 is not merely to rise. It is to rise with purpose, to embrace growth, and to continue pressing forward together.”

A major highlight of the evening was the recognition of Europe 2, headed by FVP Ms. Ethel Lim, as Top Overall Territory based on Peso Value. With more than a decade of consistent excellence, Europe 2 remains steadfast in its commitment to the organization.
In her acceptance speech, Ms. Lim reflected on the team’s journey and shared:
“Being a consistently top-producing team is not luck. It is not a coincidence. It is a sacrifice.”
Her words captured the dedication behind Europe 2’s sustained success—long hours, relentless travel, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
The evening featured a series of award segments recognizing outstanding individuals and teams, including the Developer Awards, ALT Circle Awards, RRR Awards, and Top Overall Achievers. Each
recognition highlighted dedication, leadership, and consistent performance that helped strengthen Megaworld International’s global presence.
Another highlight of the evening was the recognition of long-serving members through the ALT Circle Awards, honoring five, ten, fifteen, and twenty-five years of loyalty— clear proof of Megaworld International’s strong culture of commitment and belonging.
In her closing message, Ms. Acosta reaffirmed the organization’s collective purpose:
“Tonight, under the theme ELEV8, we recommit ourselves to keep reaching new heights—together as one Megaworld International family.”
