For Asia Pacific 3’s Vice President for Sales Josephine Tan, 25 years with Megaworld International is not measured by dates or designations, but by the people and purpose that shaped her journey. She joined the company when its international story was still unfolding, becoming part of a small pioneering team in Australia that traveled across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Canberra to share the vision of overseas Filipinos investing back home. Balancing work and family while raising young children, she faced challenges with limited technology and evolving systems, yet remained grounded in trust and perseverance. “I simply said yes and kept walking,” she shared, reflecting on a mindset that carried her through the early years—building relationships, learning from experience, and growing alongside her colleagues.
