This year, we celebrate that spirit through Target, Triumph, Travel: The Palawan Edition, our flagship incentive program leading to the 2027 Planning Conference and Awards Night happening from December 11–15, 2026.

This initiative calls on active International Property Affiliates (IPAs) to elevate their performance and work collectively toward a shared milestone. More than a professional achievement, qualifying for this program represents dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Successful qualifiers will be treated to a meaningful experience that blends recognition and relaxation. The journey includes a prestigious Awards Night at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, followed by a scenic escape to Palawan, where participants will enjoy curated accommodations and a guided day tour in San Vicente— a well-earned reward for months of hard work.

Qualifying mechanics will be based on territory group performance within the covered sales period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Specific requirements will be communicated directly by respective Territory Heads.

Each incentive package includes reimbursable airfare, hotel accommodations in Manila and Palawan, and full access to conference and tour activities.

All credited sales must be from Megaworld and GERI projects, supported by complete documentation and cleared payments. Final validation of sales will take place on September 11, 2026.
