Porto Hotel District is a boutique hotel surrounded by landscaped parks and gardens, and an esplanade along a stream. It also provides access to the Mangrove Reserve Park via an expansive bridge. Porto Hotel District, together with Mercato Shophouse District, will have direct access to San Vicente Town Proper and the San Vicente Airport via the municipal and coastal roads that stretch across the township.
