TBD successfully concluded its first online recruitment campaign

Megaworld International’s Training and Business Development Group (TBD) continues to step up its online initiatives in recruitment

Recruitment remains to be the lifeblood of any organization, and that the key to expansion is a collaborative platform where opportunities can be shared. 

After months of intense search and preparation, the Training and Business Development Group’s online recruitment campaign dubbed, “On The Scout: The Next Global Property Ambassadors” was collectively attended by 1,683 participants from all regions across the world. The campaign had a total of 16 runs divided into 8 batches within a 7-month period. 

Aside from the company introduction alternately delivered by John Peñaflor, Precious Reyes, and Jaymee Gellangarin, the participants also heard different helpful topics such as, “How to Earn Passive Income Through Real Estate Investment, The Secret to Get your Income in Shape (With 7 Proven Results) & The Proper Mindset to Earn a Passive Income, which was shared by Maq Agapito, Karen Casalme and Josh Luquias of the Training and Business Development Group. 

The last 2 runs also featured successful individuals scouted during the earlier batches of the campaign through a segment called, TIKTALK; where they shared their success stories and their motivations in pursuing a career as an international property ambassador. They were Lemuel Bienes of Europe 2, Rosemarie Valmonte of North America 1- Team Eric, Michael Oracion of Middle East 2, and was facilitated by TBDG Head, Mr. Gerard Vito. At the end of every session is an opportunity for interested participants to officially be part of the company and sign the live forms.

Megaworld International welcomed an additional 630 new international property ambassadors who contributed close to a billion worth of sales in 2020, with a 37.40% attendee to recruit conversion rate. 

At the end of the 7-month campaign, Remedios David of North America 4 emerged as our top-grossing Marketing Associate and has won a prize of her choosing–Megaworld Club Access Card or an exclusive Megaworld International luggage bag. 

North America 1—Team Eric headed by AVP Eric Dimaiwat, Middle East 3 headed by AVP Roselou Jomah and Europe 2 headed by FVP Ethel Lim were declared as the top regions for the campaign. 

While there is no clear end on the extent of this pandemic, the Training and Business Development Group continues to step up its online initiatives in the recruitment segment by creatively putting up similar events to reach their organizational objectives this 2021. 

With the results of these efforts, TBD has entered the new year with a renewed sense of hope and optimism braving all challenges that come their way, rising to exceed.
