#RiseandExceed: 2021 Strategic Planning and Conference

Manila Support Team and Sales Regions delivered its objectives, goals, and action plans for 2021 last December 15-18, 2020.

Held every year to record the group’s mission, vision, and values, as well as its long-term goals and action plans, the strategic planning was conducted to assess where the group is right now and where it is heading.

Held via Zoom last Dec 15-18, 2020, the 4-day activity determined the group’s strategic position, objectives, and priorities toward achieving common goals. Training and Business Development, Marketing, Research, and Customer Care together with Sales Operations presented their action plans for 2021 in response to a changing environment brought about by this pandemic.

With North America 4 headed by VP for Sales Ms. Katrina Benfer.
With Middle East 1 Region headed by AVP for Sales Ms. Bhem Asperilla.
With Asia Pacific 4 Region headed by AVP for Sales Mr. Rodel Gana.
With Asia Pacific 3 Region headed by VP for Sales Ms. Liz Angeles.
With Europe 2 Region headed by FVP Ethel Lim.
With North America 2 Region headed by Territory Head Mr. Ramon Estaris.
With North America 1 Region headed by Team Leaders Sheila Maducdoc, Rufina Gelston and Eric Dimaiwat.

The pandemic has reshaped consumer behavior and expectations and in order to keep up, Marketing Group has vowed to be even more aggressive in digital marketing this year. Digitalization in customer service and continuous enhancement in marketing processes were also part of the group’s highlights for 2021. 

Training and Business Development (TBD) recently launched its revamped TBD Cloud along with updates on Training e-Manual, project briefs, etc. TBD will also be releasing exclusive articles every month called the “TikTalk Articles”. 

Sales and Operations Group has made a rundown of available units per project and project inventory.

Megaworld International’s various sales regions have analyzed and presented the buying behavior of their respective target markets, clients, and customers. Despite the current situation, all sales regions maintained and some even raised up their sales commitments for the first half of 2021.

Megaworld International’s Senior Vice President, Ms. Marivic Acosta discussed the sales performance summaries of all the regions covering January until October 2020.

Audit and Admin Group delivered their strategy implementation last January 5, 2021 via Zoom.

Held last January 5, 2021, Audit and Admin Group headed by Ms. Jessica Villanueva-Tan and Ms. Ellaine Cruz respectively, delivered their plans for 2021 and evaluated their group’s mission and strategic issues to strengthen current practices and determined the need for process re-alignment.

Despite the pandemic, the Megaworld International family will continue to rise and exceed its plans for 2021 and the coming years.
